Sleepovers - Napier, Hawkes Bay
Have a Hawkes Bay sleepover at the National Aquarium!
Schools often add the sleepover night to a school camp or organise other outdoor programmes for the two days each side of the sleepover. The children are treated to a range of activities, including a scavenger hunt which involves reading educational signs around the Aquarium to help them complete the game. There are new versions of the original Piranhas in Pyjamas sleepover theme, such as Pirates Walk the Plank and Piranhas in Pyjamas go Diving, so there are new suprises for children making repeat visits.
The greatest thrill for the Aquarium staff is watching the children's faces light up when they realise they will be sleeping alongside sharks, stingray and other fish in the Aquarium's massive oceanarium.
Dinner, supper and breakfast are part of the "sleepover" deal and there are special family night sleepovers each school holidays.
Cost - Only $46.00 per person (minimum of 20 people)
