National Aquarium of New Zealand are delighted to host Jane Gardiner (HB Regional Coordinator for Our Seas Our Future) for a presentation on Trophic Cascades.
Trophic Cascades are powerful indirect interactions that can control entire ecosystems. During this presentation you will learn how humans influence marine ecosystems through the removal of species, and what this may mean for the future of our marine environment.
Our Seas Our Future is 100% volunteer run, non-profit marine conservation organisation based in New Zealand. They run campaigns, beach clean-ups and other community based environmental education projects.
