Meet a Mermaid this Easter!

We're super excited to have Mermaid Ria at the National Aquarium. She will be swimming in the Pania Reef tank over Easter to raise awareness about care and conservation of the ocean.

Visitors will be able to take part in a special question and answer session with Mermaid Ria, and we also have the option available of purchasing a special VIP ticket to have a personal meet and greet and photo with her as well.

It's going to be MERmazing!

Mermaid Swim & Talk

Watch Mermaid Ria swim and play in the Pania Reef tank, and join the Q&A session video live-streamed in the Oceanarium hall.
When: Twice a day Friday 2 April - Monday 5 April
- Morning Session - 9.45am Mermaid Swim; 10.30am Mermaid Talk
- Afternoon Session - 1.00pm Mermaid Talk; 1.45pm Mermaid Swim
Cost: Free with General Admission tickets

VIP Encounter

Includes a meet and greet in the education room with Mermaid Ria, plus an opportunity for parents/caregivers to take photos.
When: Twice a day 2-5 April, 10.45am-11.30am and 12pm-12.45pm
Cost: $6.50 per person. A relevant General Admission ticket must be purchased on arrival for all entries including caregivers (except for Friends of Aquarium members).
Caregivers are not required to pay the additional $6.50 (one caregiver per child).
Registration Essential: Spaces are limited, register today to avoid disappointment.
