We have a special school holiday programme lined up this October involving the exciting National Geographic Pristine Seas photography exhibition (currently being held at the National Aquarium).
If you have a budding wildlife photographer or nature lover they'll just love this programme.
Monday - All The Tiny Things: Can you capture the tiniest of creatures through our special macro zoom lens cameras? The micro world will be yours to see!
Tuesday - Colours & Patterns: Brighten up the world around you by creating a mosaic of colour photographs from the living world at the National Aquarium.
Wednesday - Scales & Feathers: Capture the beauty of lovely lizards and beautiful birds from inside and outside the National Aquarium.
Thursday - Fishography: Do you have the patience? Will you become the next wildlife photographer as you try and capture the best images of our fast-moving fish - don't worry, you won't get wet!
Friday - Illusions: Create a photograph that will trick the eye using the natural world around you.
Programme repeats across both weeks.
When: 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (programme repeats across both weeks)
Cost: $60 per day (including morning and afternoon tea)
Discount: 10% Friends of Aquarium members discount (please contact our team for discount code prior to registration)
Age: 6 – 12 years
Capacity: 12 participants per day
