Additionally, you'll get the chance to go through a restricted access area and see the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

When it comes to the elusive Tuatara, our guide will reveal the mysteries of New Zealand's 'living fossil' before introducing you to our famous Little Penguins.
Meet our world-famous Little Penguins. Learn all about the 'naughty' and 'good' penguins of the month! These special rehabilitated residents are a species found locally in Hawke's Bay and are the smallest species of penguin in the world. Our guide will share some of their individual characteristics as well as the work undertaken at our rehabilitation centre.
Duration: 1 hour, 10.30am daily
Participants: Maximum 15 people per group, minimum age 10 years.
